The television schedule for the 2014 West Wales Rally Spares R.A.C. Rally Championship has been announced and every round of the championship will feature in a dedicated 90-minute programme on Motors TV in primetime Friday evening slots.
David Winstanley and his team at rallytv.co.uk will continue to exclusively film the championship, which will cover all the on-stage action as well as looking at the characters involved in historic rallying and getting behind the scenes of the sport.
The full TV schedule is:
- Red Kite Stages: Friday 28 February at 9pm
- Mid Wales Stages: Friday 14 March at 8pm
- Tour of Hamsterley: Friday 23 May at 10pm
- Severn Valley Stages: Friday 27 June at 8.30pm
- Carlisle Stages: Friday 11 July at 10pm
- Neath Valley Stages: Friday 5 September at 10pm
- Trackrod Historic Cup: Friday 24 October at 9pm
The Red Kite coverage will feature as part of a special R.A.C. evening on Friday 28 February, with the programme following the report of the 2013 Roger Albert Clark Rally which starts at 6.55pm.
Along with multiple repeats on Motors TV, there will also be an end-of-season review programme to give the championship over 50 hours of TV coverage. In addition, the entire R.A.C. Rally Championship will again be available on iRally and will build on more than one million views achieved in 2013 for the championship and the Roger Albert Clark Rally. The free iRally App is available for the iPhone, iPad and Android devices and offers an incredibly popular rally video channel.
