Coincidence is an amazing thing. Only the other day we were talking about Cornbury Park, the old MITP and the fuss about bringing it back to Cornbury. Our argument was that there are plenty of static country home shows on the scene, and do we need another for sentimental value. If there was something to attract us, such as rallying or some action - then sure.No sooner had that conversation finished, then The Rally Show announces its new venue for 2011 - guess where - Cornbury Park. It seems a call had been answered.
Held on May 14/15, The Rally Show has made a name for itself with its breakneck stages and famous faces and cars on display all weekend. With this more central location, we reckon it could be a big hit. And despite there being no specific Mini-related action announced, it'll be a great weekend out anyway. One thing though - it clashes with the London-to-Brighton run 2011.
