EVENT PREVIEW: Mini Fest@Uttoxeter Racecourse

The British Mini Club is renown for putting on some of the best displays of Minis the UK has to offer. Whilst other shows offer high octane action, or some trackday fun, the British Mini Club has kept its eye firmly on what counts - the high quality condition of the most cared for Minis in the country.

With its highly contested Premier Concours competition the microfibre cloths will have their work cut out to impress the scrupulous judges with their keen eye for detail and historical accuracy. Are the spot welds evenly spaced? Are the panel gaps even? Every little thing counts...  Who would you crown the winner?

Aside from the best of the best that will be on display, there will also be some more regular runners, with plenty of clubs attending and enjoying the day at the races (so to speak). From bangers to beauties and monster Minis in all shapes and sizes they'll be plenty to look at and discuss.

Entertainment isn't short on supply either, with some form of petrol-induced display on the forecourt. Whether it be Russ Swift doing his stunt show or the loudest exhaust competition, there will be some fun stuff going on too.

Inbetween all of the events scheduled, you'll be able to peruse the numerous trade stands that always turn out in force for the British Mini Club. You'll normally be able to get some special show discounts too, so save up before you come and bag yourself some bargains.
