MINI Plant Oxford workers rewarded with bumper deal

The Oxford Times has reported that workers at MINI Plant Oxford have been rewarded with a bumper three-year deal after the firm saw its best ever sales year.

Chris Bond, the Unite convenor at the plant said the deal had been negotiated on a deal from November last year and that it represented a 10% pay increase over three years, which he said was the best in the industry.
