A bride from Plymouth has surprised her Mini-mad partner by getting married in overalls and making a cheeky video featuring his loving Mini.
The Plymouth Herald reports:
"The bride wanted to surprise her husband on their wedding day went all out and stripped on the aisle, revealing her wedding outfit; a pair of overalls.
Mechanic Stuart Groves had joked to now wife Sarah that he wanted to get married in his overalls.
Despite his jesting, Sarah was keen to think outside of the box and make their wedding as memorable as possible.
37-year-old Sarah arranged a crazy wedding which consisted of stripping, a dad-and-daughter first dance, the Fresh Prince of Bell Air theme tune and Stuart's beloved Mini.
Sarah, who lives in Ham with Stuart also made a video with the help of Melissa, a choreographer at The Dance Shed, which saw Sarah dancing in a pair of Stuart's overalls at his garage and also featured his prized possession, a classic Mini.
Oblivious to Sarah's plans for the big day, 38-year-old Stuart went along to their wedding venue at Stonehouse Creek on November 21 2015 expecting a run-of-the-mill wedding day.
Sarah walked the aisle in a silver outfit to Footloose, before stripping off to reveal a pair of blinged up white overalls with 'bride' embellished on her back.
So not to feel left out, Sarah brought Stuart a pair of overalls too.
She also had a bespoke Haynes Manual made by the company, entitled Mini and the Marriage, with pages crafted by Sarah on how to look after his mini and his marriage."
