Kicking off the first two rounds of the 16-round championship is the ever popular Castle Combe Easter Bank Holiday Monday meeting, this year on Monday March 28th.
The championship battle is picked up again with rounds three and four on the classic Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit, where we join the British GT and Formula 4 runners at this iconic circuit. The records state that it is over 10 years since the last time the Mini7 Club raced at this iconic circuit.
For the next two rounds, we visit the twisty Cadwell Park in Louth, Lincolnshire. The scene of epic Mini7 racing in the past, this will be a huge favourite with everyone.
The East Midlands is the venue for the next two rounds, and the members' favourite track according to a recent vote, and Donington Park.
Next up, hopefully in the heat of the July sun, will be Brands Hatch for the Mini Festival South, and with extra support from MSV and the Mini7 Club, this festival should be the best ever, attracting a huge entry and a bumper, international crowd of Mini fanatics.
In August, it is to the Mini Festival North that we head at Oulton Park. Another of the UK’s most spectacular circuit and again, huge, appreciative crowds expected.
Norfolk in September is the penultimate weekend for the club, with the Snetterton 300 hosting rounds 13 and 14.
To finish the year off in the most spectacular way, we head to Holland, and the undulating, super-fast, track in the dunes, Zandvoort to be part of the British Race Festival. With more spectators and even more generous hospitality, the end of year party could not be in safer hands, and a wonderful finale is guaranteed.
For each of the summer rounds in the UK, the club will promote a BBQ on the Saturday night to bring everyone together and create the special club atmosphere that has been the hallmark of our club over the last 50 years. For Zandvoort, a very special party is being planned.
